They perch on a hillside above the beach with wonderful panoramic views of the sea and are just 200 metres from Ermones Beach. Outside there is a garden, barbecue area and off-road parking. Ermones Bay is semi-circular and surrounded by sheer cliffs. It is supposedly where the shipwrecked Odysseus was washed ashore towards the end of his epic journey. The beach is mainly sand but there is some shingle. There are several tavernas at the beach itself and a variety of water sports on offer, including scuba diving. It is a quiet place, for relaxation and enjoying the pleasures of the countryside and coast. Nearby beaches include Glyfada, Mirtiotissa and Pelekas. Ermones is about 15 kilometres from the airport. There is a regular bus service to Corfu Town which also stops at Aqualand Water Park. We can organise sporting activities such as water sports and mountain biking. There is a diving school on the beach. Riding stables can be found five kilometres away and just one kilometre from the apartments is the famous Corfu Golf Club. This 18 hole golf course is considered to be one of the finest in Europe and is open both to players with low handicaps and beginners. This area is also ideal in the cooler months for walkers and those wishing to explore Corfu on foot. You can also take a boat trip to a nearby secluded beach where you can enjoy a barbecue.
